MASSAGE PREPARATIONS

STEP 1

Firstly, rub your hands to warm them up. Hold your baby’s ankles and gently bounce their legs. Then, bend their legs towards their tummy, applying gentle pressure. Hold for 5 seconds and release. Repeat this exercise three times.

STEP 2

STEP 3

Using your left hand, locate on the 8 o’clock position on your baby’s tummy and move clockwise to 6 o’clock. Using your right hand, locate on the 2 o’clock position and glide around to 6 o’clock. This exercise helps to relieve trapped wind. Repeat five times.

How to use ?

Step 1

Apply coconut oil or a baby-safe lubricant to the soft tip.

Step 2

Gently lift your baby’s legs by holding their ankles. Prepared a diaper nearby as it maybe not just the gas released.

Step 3
